TIF Lots in Fulda The City of Fulda has lots for sale in its Wood Duck Addition near Fulda Second Lake. The lots are .41 to .88 acres. This is a TIF housing development with reduced lot prices ranging from $10,000 to $15,000 for qualified buyers. In order to qualify, the initial occupants of the house must meet the following income quidelines:
- Family of one or two people: Gross household income of $67,700 or less.
- Family of three or more people: Gross household income of $77,740 or less.

Planning for the Future To aid the county's communities in their planning, the Murray County Economic Development Authority (EDA) hired Community Partners Reasearch, Inc. to conduct a study of the housing needs and conditions in the cities of our county. The Murray County Comprehensive Housing Study was completed in December 2007. Its individual sections are presented here in PDF format.
Technical assistance from the Southwest Minnesota Housing Partnership and funding from the Minnesota Housing Partnership, Murray County and the Cities of Currie, Fulda, Lake Wilson and Slayton made this project possible.
