One Watershed, One Plan is a program that supports partnerships of local government units in developing a prioritized, targeted, and measurable implementation plan designed to help gain more conservation on the landscape.
All entities involved include the Counties and Soil and Water Conservation Districts of Cottonwood, Jackson, Lyon, Martin, Murray, Nobles, and Pipestone and the Heron Lake Watershed District.
When completed, this plan will replace the Des Moines River Watershed portion of the Murray County Local Water Management Plan 2017-2027.
